Just got back from Prada Skirt Party. We all missed having the Prada store in the neighborhood. The downtown mall that is Soho is just not the same without it. I got there at about the right time - when Patrick Demarchelier was just leaving and Linda Evangelista was just arriving. Here, I took a picture of Miuccia herself...

We had a few drinks and hors d'oeuvres...And nobody - not even the Peta activists outside (can you believe it - they brought in a gross dead animal) could stop us from enjoying ourselves... The party, of course, was all about the skirts:
